In an industry where employee-retention is a challenge, HiPACE believes
that a continuous focus on career development will help us retain
our associates. We have a dedicated organizational development team
that initiates plans and oversees the training and development of
HiPACE's professionals. They continually develop programs that ensure
that each associate has an opportunity to develop an understanding
and appreciation of each of HiPACE's core disciplines.
To further enhance this process, we provide associates with an ongoing
career development, mentorship and training and have devised a "Career
Manager" program that ensures career path management and timely
career guidance.
Fresh college graduates receive approximately eight to twelve weeks
of training including a structured program in which they learn about
the culture and values of the firm, meet other new associates from
across the firm and gain first-hand experience.
Each associate during their tenure at HiPACE attends additional internal
and out-bound training programs to develop strategy, team work and
leadership skills, besides improving customer facing skills and competency
in emerging technologies.
HiPACE compensation program has been structured to attract and retain
highly skilled professionals by offering competitive base salaries;
health insurance and aggressive performance linked stock options.
We continuously measure our compensation packages against industry
